SafePing 개인정보처리방침

SafePing(이하 "앱")은 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 및 「위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률」에 따라 아래와 같이 개인정보를 처리하고 있습니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

• 익명 식별자: 자동 생성된 익명 UUID (Supabase 익명 인증). 회원가입·로그인 절차가 없으며, 이름·이메일·프로필 등 개인 식별 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
• 위치 정보: GPS 좌표 (SOS 발동 시에만 수집)
• 음성 녹음: 주변 소리 (SOS 발동 시에만 수집, 프리미엄 기능)
• 비상연락처: 이름, 전화번호 (사용자가 직접 입력, 기기 내에만 저장)
• 본인 이름: 사용자가 직접 입력 (SOS 메시지 발송용, 기기 내에만 저장)
• 기기 정보: 배터리 잔량 (SOS 발동 시)
• 인앱결제 및 구독 정보: RevenueCat 앱 사용자 ID, 상품 ID, 구독 상태, 만료 시각, 거래·이벤트 식별자 (프리미엄 구독 확인 및 고객 지원용)
• 수신자 웹뷰어 방문 기록: SOS 링크 수신자가 위치 페이지를 열었는지 여부, 세션 ID, 공유 토큰, 방문 시각 (2·3차 알림 발송 여부 판단용)

2. 개인정보의 수집 목적

• 긴급 상황 시 비상연락처에 위치 및 녹음 정보 전송
• 수신자가 웹 뷰어를 통해 실시간 위치 확인
• 수신자 확인 여부에 따른 후속 SOS 알림 발송 판단
• SOS 이력 관리 (기기 내 저장)
• 프리미엄 구독 상태 확인 및 고객 지원

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기

• 위치 데이터 및 수신자 방문 기록(서버): SOS 세션 생성일 기준 30일 후 자동 삭제 (pg_cron)
• 녹음 파일(Cloudflare R2): 업로드 후 30일간 보관 후 자동 삭제 (R2 Lifecycle)
• 비상연락처·SOS 이력·본인 이름: 기기 내(AsyncStorage)에 저장되며, 앱 내 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제 시 기기에서 삭제됩니다.
• 익명 세션: 앱 내 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제 시 해당 기기에서 로그아웃됩니다. 이미 서버에 업로드된 SOS 세션·위치·방문 기록 및 녹음 파일은 위 보관 기간에 따라 자동 삭제되며, 사용자는 아래 연락처로 특정 SOS 세션의 서버 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

앱은 사용자가 지정한 비상연락처에게만 위치 및 녹음 정보를 공유합니다. 그 외 제3자에게 개인정보를 제공하지 않습니다.

앱은 서비스 제공을 위해 다음 사업자에게 처리 업무를 위탁합니다:

• Supabase, Inc.: 익명 인증, 데이터베이스 (SOS 위치 데이터 저장)
• Cloudflare, Inc.: R2 오브젝트 스토리지(녹음 파일), Pages(수신자 웹 뷰어)
• Google LLC: Google Play Billing (인앱결제 영수증 검증)
• RevenueCat, Inc.: 프리미엄 구독 상태, 상품 ID, 거래·이벤트 정보, 만료 시각 관리

5. 위치정보의 처리

앱은 「위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률」에 따라 사용자의 동의를 받아 위치정보를 수집합니다.

• 포그라운드 위치: SOS 발동 시 즉시 수집·전송
• 백그라운드 위치: SOS 활성 상태에서만 포그라운드 서비스로 위치를 갱신하며, SOS 종료 시 즉시 중단합니다.
• 평상시(SOS 미발동)에는 위치를 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 권한 사용 목적

• 위치(정확한 위치·백그라운드): SOS 발동 시 비상연락처에 현재 위치 전송
• 마이크: SOS 발동 시 주변 소리 녹음 (프리미엄)
• SMS 발송: 비상연락처에 SOS 메시지 발송
• 알림: SOS 활성 상태 표시
• 전체 화면 인텐트: 잠금 화면에서 SOS 활성 화면 표시
• 부팅 완료 수신: 재부팅 후 볼륨 트리거 자동 재활성화
• 접근성 서비스(선택): 잠금 상태에서도 볼륨 버튼 트리거 감지

7. 이용자의 권리

• 비상연락처 추가·삭제·수정
• SOS 이력 확인 및 삭제
• 앱 내 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제를 통한 기기 내 데이터 삭제 및 서비스 이용 중단
• 특정 SOS 세션의 서버 데이터 삭제 요청 (아래 연락처)

SafePing Privacy Policy

Effective: May 13, 2026

SafePing ("the App") respects your privacy and processes personal information as described below.

1. Information We Collect

• Anonymous identifier: Auto-generated anonymous UUID (Supabase Anonymous Auth). No sign-up or login is required, and we do not collect names, emails, or profile data.
• Location: GPS coordinates (only when SOS is triggered)
• Audio recording: Ambient audio (only when SOS is triggered, premium feature)
• Emergency contacts: Name and phone number (entered by user, stored on device only)
• Your name: Entered by user, used in SOS messages, stored on device only
• Device info: Battery level (when SOS is triggered)
• In-app purchase and subscription information: RevenueCat app user ID, product ID, subscription status, expiration time, transaction and event identifiers (for premium subscription verification and support)
• Recipient web-viewer visit records: Whether a recipient opened the SOS location page, session ID, share token, and visit time (used to decide follow-up SOS alerts)

2. Purpose of Collection

• Send location and audio to emergency contacts during SOS
• Allow recipients to view real-time location via web viewer
• Determine whether follow-up SOS alerts should be sent based on recipient confirmation
• Manage SOS history (stored on device)
• Verify premium subscription status and provide support

3. Retention and Deletion

• Location data and recipient visit records (server): Deleted automatically 30 days after the SOS session creation date (pg_cron)
• Audio files (Cloudflare R2): Deleted automatically 30 days after upload (R2 Lifecycle)
• Contacts, SOS history, your name: Stored on device (AsyncStorage). Removed from the device when you use in-app data deletion or uninstall the app.
• Anonymous session: Signed out on the device when you use in-app data deletion or uninstall the app. SOS sessions, location and visit records, and audio files already uploaded to the server are deleted automatically under the retention periods above. You may also request deletion of specific SOS-session server data using the contact below.

4. Third-Party Sharing and Processors

The App shares location and audio only with the emergency contacts you designate. We do not provide personal information to any other third parties.

The following service providers process data on our behalf:

• Supabase, Inc.: Anonymous auth and database (SOS location storage)
• Cloudflare, Inc.: R2 object storage (audio), Pages (recipient web viewer)
• Google LLC: Google Play Billing (IAP receipt verification)
• RevenueCat, Inc.: Premium subscription status, product ID, transaction and event information, and expiration time management

5. Location Handling

• Foreground location: Collected and transmitted immediately when SOS is triggered.
• Background location: Updated via foreground service only while SOS is active. Stops immediately when SOS ends.
• Location is not collected when SOS is not active.

6. Permission Usage

• Location (precise, background): Send current location to contacts during SOS
• Microphone: Record ambient audio during SOS (premium)
• SMS: Send SOS messages to contacts
• Notifications: Display active SOS status
• Full-screen intent: Show SOS screen over the lock screen
• Boot completed: Re-enable volume trigger after device reboot
• Accessibility service (optional): Detect volume-button trigger while locked

7. Your Rights

• Add, edit, or remove emergency contacts
• View and delete SOS history
• Delete on-device data and stop using the service through in-app data deletion or app uninstall
• Request deletion of specific SOS-session data on the server (contact below)
