SafePing 이용약관

1. 서비스 내용
SafePing(이하 "앱")은 제이씨스튜디오가 제공하는 Android 긴급 안전 앱으로, SOS를 발동하면 등록한 비상연락처에 현재 위치와 주변 음성을 확인할 수 있는 링크를 보냅니다.
2. 결제와 환불
- 유료 기능은 Google Play 결제로 판매하며, 환불은 Google Play 환불 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
- 구매 후 48시간이 지났거나 Google Play에서 환불되지 않으면 whdcjf8172@gmail.com으로 주문 번호(GPA.로 시작)와 함께 요청해 주세요.
- 결제 즉시 제공되는 디지털 기능은 사용을 시작한 뒤에는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항에 따라 청약철회가 제한됩니다. 다만 기능이 정상적으로 제공되지 않거나 설명과 다른 경우에는 환불해 드립니다.
- 정기 구독은 Google Play 구독 관리에서 언제든 해지할 수 있으며, 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 이용할 수 있습니다.
3. 책임 제한
앱은 긴급 상황을 알리는 보조 수단이며 112·119 등 긴급 신고를 대신하지 않습니다. 통신·GPS·문자 발송·기기 설정 등 운영자가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 위치나 알림이 늦거나 전달되지 않을 수 있으며, 운영자는 고의 또는 과실이 없는 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이 약관은 법령이 보장하는 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

1. The Service
SafePing (the "App") is an Android emergency safety app provided by JC Studio (제이씨스튜디오). When you trigger SOS, it sends your emergency contacts a link where they can see your current location and ambient audio.
2. Payments and Refunds
- Paid features are sold through Google Play Billing, and refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.
- If more than 48 hours have passed since purchase or Google Play does not refund you, email whdcjf8172@gmail.com with your order number (starting with GPA.).
- For digital features delivered immediately upon payment, the right of withdrawal is limited once you start using them, under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. However, we will refund you if a feature is not delivered properly or differs from its description.
- You can cancel a subscription anytime in Google Play subscription management; after cancelling, you can keep using it until the end of the period you already paid for.
3. Limitation of Liability
The App is a supplementary tool for alerting others in an emergency and does not replace emergency services such as 112 or 119. Location or alerts may be delayed or not delivered due to network, GPS, SMS delivery, device settings or other causes beyond our control, and we are not liable for damage not caused by our intent or negligence. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
